Hello and welcome to HCM,
Lack of concentration can occur in a number of condition and a symptomatic approach is required to find out the cause of lack of concentration.
A complete hemogram should be done to determine the hemoglobin levels.
Low hemoglobin level or anemia is the commonest cause of lack in concentration.
Anemia is accompanied by other symptoms like tiredness, pallor, weakness and lack of concentration.
Other causes besides anemia is drug abuse especially amphetamine abuse.
Psychological causes are also responsible for lack of concentration.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your physician for clinical assessment and baseline investigations like complete hemogram.
If hemoglobin is found to be within range then psychiatric assessment can be done to determine the cause of symptoms and thus plan management.

Thanks and take care
