I cant pay attention to anything Its like, Im always thinking about something and i cant pay attention to the things happening around when im doing something, im not actually thinking about anything but im still not thinking about the thing at hand i cant pay attention to life And its causing a lot of problems One problem causing another and this forms a chain of problems
