Hello I have been using for a few years now but I am trying to quit cold turkey for the last 2 weeks and my withdrawal symptoms were really bad so I looked online to see what could ease the withdrawal symptoms everyone said take a hit it ll help so I did just to throw up everything I ate withing the last 3 days which isn t much but none of my food was being desolved it was still in the chunks I bit and I feel like there s no acid in my stomach I am really worried and am ready to go to the hospital as a last resort because I want to kick the nasty habit and am begging for help but only help I got is constant users and thats no help

For relieve take antacids and PPI's (Pantoprazole-40). Take fiber in your diet, stay well hydrated, take plenty of sleep. Stay away from anxiety, stress and do regular exercises.
