Hi,

You are going through the side effects of quitting smoking. The abdominal discomfort is because of it, no worries. Nicotine withdrawal in smokers generally results in abdominal discomfort (constipation, indigestion, gas, flatulence, restlessness, irritability, anxiety and depression).

For relieve take antacids and PPI's (Pantoprazole-40). Take fiber in your diet, stay well hydrated, take plenty of sleep. Stay away from anxiety, stress and do regular exercises.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
