What Causes Lack Of Ejaculation During Intercourse?

My partner doesn t seem to produce any semen at all or only a tiny amount & sometimes smells fishy & its not coming from me. He says it feels like he has come & it is going somewhere but withdraws & nothing comes out, He has no problem with keeping an erection, any ideas?

Hello,

His symptoms could be related to an infection or prostatitis. For this reason, I recommend performing a pelvic ultrasound and a semen analysis coupled with bacterial culture.
