What Causes Lack Of Fetal Cardiac Activity During 8th Week Of Pregnancy?

Hi doctor I have some questions to you I had MVA on 31st of Aug2016.i had visited my doctor for normal checkup she did ultrasound and told me that baby is not growing more.At that time I had my 12 week but in ultrasound it s showed 8 week and she did not found any cardiac activity so please guide me want could be the reason rest all of the reports are normal even baby s biopsy is normal so Is my next pregnancy will be save how should I wait for my next pregnancy.

Take nourishing diet, folic acid tablets, milk and milk products and have rest.these will help in weight gain and growth of fetus.

Dont worry, this wasted pregnancy will not have any residual effects on subsequent ones.
