What Causes Lack Of Labor Pain Even After Due Date?
Hello sir/madam, my self is Lisa .now I m 39week 4days pregrant but still I m not getting labor pain .my Dr advice me to wait 2 more week , & if pain doesn t come then they will induce pain , for that I m worried .so can u plz help me for induce pain naturally? & for what should I do . Thank you
Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Ideally, labor pains would start naturally anytime between 38 to 40 weeks of pregnancy. If the fetal movements are good and there is no indication of fetal distress, you can wait for 40 weeks to complete and then go for induction of labor through medications. If the labor progress is slow and prolonged or if there is any other indication, it may be termed unfit for normal vaginal delivery and in that case, a call can has to be taken for Caesarean section. Kindly be in touch with your doctor and follow the advise as it is given periodically. Hope the information provided would be helpful. All the best.
