Body temperature up and down and so fatigue you are unable to function. I believe, it is like depression medication. No interest in doing any thing, only want to be home on the couch. I really want to feel good and no energy are desire to perform . mabey to much will cut doses. Mabey take 2 mg for awhile. What would you recommen.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

If the medication is making you too tired to do anything, you should speak to your doctor to let him or her know the effect it is having on you.
He or she can decide on a reduced dose with you or suggest an alternative medication.

I hope this helps
