General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear user!
Welcome to HCM!

Different medical conditions may be responsible for the difficulty while urinating. Some of these are:

- Prostate hypertrophy (since you are around 50-s)
- Urethra stricture
- Neurogenic bladder, etc

I recommend you to consult an urologist first and do the examinations of your urinary tract, Kidneys, ureters, bladder, prostate, urethra.
If something is found through, your doctor will recommend you other procedures or medications related to your condition.

Have a good day and helath.
Kind regards!
DR ERIOL.
