I'm very worried I really need to know. please answer, and thank.
Hello and welcome to HCM, While having sexual intercourse the condom is used to prevent the semen to deposit in the vaginal tract to prevent unwanted pregnancy. In addition, use of condom also prevents the transmission of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Thus, the semen has to be ejaculated in the condom in the small space provided at the tip of the condom. The condom has not to be taken out while ejaculating. After the act, the condom should be tied to prevent spilling of semen and it should be properly discarded. Relax and do not worry.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
