What Causes Lack Of Sexual Desire And Erectile Dysfunction While On Nexito?
Sir my husband is on tab nexito 10mg for probably 2 years for severe anxiety and panic attack.I have noted a profound loss of sexual interest and erectile dysfunction in him. I want to know are these side effects gonna be a permanent disability or with gradual stoppage of the medicine will his libido improve and how long will it take. Please revert. Thank u.

THese side effects may revert after stoppage of drug and using few supplement but i would not recommend to stop the treatment as it may cause the symptoms of anxiety in you husband.Though this is what you can do.
Consider a medication that requires only a once-a-day dose, and schedule sexual activity before taking that dose.
Talk to your doctor about adding or switching to an antidepressant that may counteract these effects, such as bupropion (Wellbutrin).
Talk to your doctor about a "drug holiday" — stopping medication for a day or so each week to temporarily ease symptoms.
Try medication such as sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra, Staxyn) or tadalafil (Cialis) may temporarily ease sexual side effects.
Talk to your partner about your sexual side effects and how they change your needs. Adjusting your sexual routine may be helpful. For example, you may need a longer period of foreplay before having sexual intercourse.
