From history three possibilities are there likely.
ADHD: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder. It may lead to irritability, restlessness, not able to sit still.
Depression: It can cause irritability and sleep disturbance.
Bipolar Disorder: This is the least possibility. It can cause episodes of anger.
For Specific diagnosis detail history and mental status examination required by a psychiatrist. You should consult the doctor for the same. Treatment depends on diagnosis. Both pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy would be useful in treatment.
