What Causes Lack Of Sleep And Headaches?

For the last 3weeks I having been having truble sleeping at night wheras I use to go to bed at 10pm and now its been like 2-3 and sometime 4am in the morning, I've been getting frequent headaches at night for the last 3weeks and have taking these headach pills which begin with ph.... I seriously need help thanks sophie
