What Causes Lack Of Sleep While On Losartan Potassium?

My doctor prescribed Losartan Potassium 25 mg. for my high blood pressure. I take it at bedtime. However, every time I take it, I am completely unable to sleep!! I stopped taking it for a few days and was able to sleep. Should I ask my doctor to switch me to something different or try taking it a different time of day?

Better you take this medicine in the morning.Of course I donot think that this medicine has some side effect like sleeplessness.It may be just psychological on your parts.
