What Causes Lack Of Sleeping, Abdominal Cramps And Spotting?
Hi, ive been on combo bc for 7 years never any issues hardly miss... this month has been packed witj drinking stress and loss of sleep... my period was very light weird and stopped and started for a day. 5 days later i spotted and cramped a little and i was freaking out of being pregnant. Now 5 days before my period i have weird cramping in ovaries. I took a pregnancy test today 4 days before period, it was negative but i still feel weird. No other pregnancy symptoms though.
Hi Thanks for posting your query on HCM. I have read and understood your concern. Spotting, abdominal cramps may be caused by many gynecological problems. Some possible causes may include: pelvic inflammatory diseases/STI, pelvic masses, hormonal imbalances, stress...I will advise you see a Gynecologist for examination.A pelvic ultrasound will be very important and if need be, your Doctor may request for infectious/STI work-ups.In the meantime, if pain intense, you take an anti-spasmodic pain drug like spasfon. Hope this will help. You may write back if more concerns. Best regards
