What Causes Lack Of Understanding And Delayed Speech In A Toddler?
My 2yr old can t seem to understand simple instructions. She only understands come, let s go, sleep and no. She can t also call me mom or her dad, dad. She seems normal except not speaking on her own. She can repeat almost everything I say and can also count 1-10. She can sing the alphabets too. Should I be worried about her not talking?

You need to visit a pediatrician to evaluate her milestones. From the history you have given she definitely has delayed milestones for speech and understanding and a neurological evaluation should help diagnose her problem.
