What Causes Lack Of Urge To Urinate?

I am a 33 year old male. For the last 3 days I have not felt the need to urinate. When I try to force myself to go it doesn't come out freely and there isn't very much. It doesn't hurt when I go, nor does any other part of my body hurt. It's somewhat dark in coloration. I drink plenty of water, have no preexisting conditions, and don't exercise excessively. This condition arose a day after I believe I was dehydrated from drinking too much alcohol. I had a full day of constant diarrhea. I immediately stopped drinking alcohol and started to replenish my fluids. This has gone on for three days. Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly .
* It is oligouria with dehydrated stage .
* Still after consuming liquids , there is inadequate replenish stage of your
body fluids ( because of dehydration through alcohol , diarrhea )
* Suggest to take even more of the fluids preferably in form of boiled water,
coconut water, lemon juice, green tea , coffee, butter milk, rice water etc.
- Cranberry sachets / liquid help a lot .
- observe urine color & output , urge for 8-10 hours , if better continue
same if no change in the condition, consult in ER for further evaluations in
terms of Serum Creatinine , blood counts , ultrasound KUB etc .
Hope this clears your query .
