What Causes Lack Of Vaginal Bleeding Post Intake Of Misoprostol And Mifepristone?

Hi, I took mifepristone on Saturday then misoprostol 2 tablets Sunday there was no bleeding but a small amount of pain. Then I took 1 cytolog today morning, no pain nor bleeding... I m worried plz help me in this... I didn t go to doctor nor did a scan.

Understand your concern
Misoprostol and mifepristone should be taken under the observation of gynecologist after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy of less than 9 week by USG scan.
Following are the cause of absence of bleeding:
Inadequate dose and improper route of administration, ectopic pregnancy.
Sometime double dose of the misoprostol can be needed to induce the abortion.
If bleeding will not induced in 24 hours then you have to consul the gynecologist and go for USG scan to know the status of pregnancy.
extra Misorporstol can be use under the observation of gynecologist and if it will fail to induce abortion then it should be terminated by using surgical process like suction evacuation or D & C.
Post abortion should be done after 14 days to confirm the complete process of abortion.
