I took a home pregnancy test it came back negative but the last two weeks i have been extremely tired and about four days ago i noticed my breast were tender mostly around the nipple and the nipple its self I also noticed wetness in my bra two days ago and keeps occuring I did squeeze my breast today and milk came out I have had two pregnancys in the past the first i now have a two year old and the second one i lost at two and a half months I am having diareah, headachs and extreme lower back pain Is there anything you could tell me about whether I need a blood test or if something else may cause the lactating and tender nipples
Single urine pregnancy test negative is not confirmatory. Repeat the test. If it is positive, then these signs are normal. Even if you are not pregnant, no need to worry because milk discharge can occur if you are not lactating. Avoid milk expression or any manipulation. Breast tenderness and back pain are common before menses.
