Hello dear Understand your concern Most probably it is recurrent bacterial vaginosis. Or it may be chlamydia and yeast infections as you are sexually active. Exact diagnosis require examination and proper investigation like vaginal microscopy, KOH mount, swab test, STD screenings by PCR and NAAT test. Doctor may give following advise: Tablet metronidazole for vaginosis, single dose treatment: azithromycine + flucanazole + tinidazole for chlamydia and yeast infections. Foe itching you can apply hydrocortisone ointment or clotrimazole ointment. Wear pure cotton loose inner wear, wash vagina with warm salted water 2-3 times per day, apply apple cider vinegar, keep the pelvic area clean, clean pevic area before and after urination, avoid sex till you get better, use condoms during sex.
