Diabetics are more prone to infections and that is more common in
uncontrolled diabetes.
Oozing out of pus and blood from the lesions is indicative of infection.
Bursting out of lesion with oozing out of pus and development of deep cavity is definitely indicative of infection.
The cavity thus formed has to be debrided (dead skin has to be removed) followed by wound dressing and oral antibiotic.
Thus, I suggest you to consult your surgeon at the earliest.
The purplish discoloration of the lower belly has to be examined.
Purplish discoloration is seen in disorders of coagulation.
Thus, clinical examination and relevant investigations need to be done to find out the cause of purple colored lesion.our
