What Causes Large Lump In The Vagina?

I have two large round lumps that concern me. One is the size of a golf ball that moves around under the skin and the other has the same description just half the size. Both located in the mon pubis labia major region. What are they and should I be concerned?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to lipoma. If it is lipoma then harmless. It should be examined by a general surgeon or gynecologist to rule out that. If it bothers you then better to go for excision surgically and sent for histopathology examination.
