I have a large lump(2" in diameter) on the lower right of my scrotum. The lump moves with the skin and I have had it for about 3 weeks now. At first it was very hard but in the last few days I've noticed the top of the lump getting softer. I've been on an antibiotic for about 5 days now for an ear infection. Since it has started to soften it has become a little painful but not terrible. Any Ideas?
Hi, From history it seems that you might be having acute Epididimitis giving this problem. As you are on antibiotics, infection started resolving. Consult urologist and get examined. Ok and take care.
