What Causes Large Painful Lumps Underneath The Scrotum, Anus And Legs?
In the last 24 hours... large lumps (about the size of a super-ball) have formed underneath scrotum and continue about 4 inches past anus & into legs. The pain is excruciating. I can t even get in my car to go to emergency room. I can barely walk. Any ideas what this may be? Any ideas on how to deal w the pain, so that I can get to a Dr s. Is there anything over the counter, like lidocaine, that could numb the pain long enough to get help? My name is Dana & I am a 53 year old single dad of 3. Thanks for your time, -Dana

It is possible that an abscess has formed there containing lot of pus. Abscess needs to be drained by surgical excision.
Advice
1. Go to hospital and consult a surgeon for surgical drainage
2. Ibuprofen 600 mg orally after meal for pain on as needed basis
3. Tramadol 50 mg every 8 hours for pain on as needed basis
4. Ranitidine 150 mg every 12 hours for 7 days
5. Amoxicillin- clavulinic acid 625 mg every 8 hours for 7 days
6. Cold fomentation with ice pack every 4 hours
