What Causes Large Pimple Like Bump On Pelvic Area?

Hi I m a male and have one big pimple looking bump on my lower abdomen pelvis area. I thought it was a pimple and pope it and noticed it got big and red and has a black dot in the middle which blood comes out off. I feel stinging. What can it be. It s refuse purple at the moment.

1. It is likely to be Haemangioma.
2. Needs surgical removal.
3. Don't meddle with because it may get infected.
