What Causes Late Period, Cramps And Diarrhea With Pain On The Vagina?

Missed Period for 3 months, Cramps, Diarrhea, Pains on the left side of what feels like inner vaginal area. Went to hospital after multiple negative pregnancy tests, Not pregnant and Clear CT Scans. Blood work normal. I m miserable. Not on birth Control and Have always had regular periods. Any Ideas?
