What Causes Leakage Of Sperm And Penis Disorientation?

Sir i am facing biggest problem and it making weakness. Please give proper suggestion. IAM FACING LEAKAGE OF SPERM DURING SLEEPY AND MY PENIS DECREASING IN SIZE. I AM FACING THIS FROM ONE YEAR, PLEASE GIVE ME PROPER SOLUTIONAND SAVE MY LIFE.

You need not worry even a bit regarding your ejaculations in sleep.
Everyone gets them in this age.
This is totally normal.
This doesnt indicate any weakness or leakage.
Even if you donot get wet dreams the sperms would die once its life cycle ends.
This is totally a psychological problem.
Instead of worrying enjoy your dreams.
This would gradually decrease overvtime.
Take tab beplex forte for general weakness.
