What Causes Leaking Breasts Inspite Of Negative Pregnancy Result?

I noticed that my breast were leaking before my period started and thought I might be pregnant but hpt said negative I started spotting on Sunday night which I have never done before I usually start very heavy I started all the way on Monday morning but my breasts are still leaking and they hurt what could be wrong

Hi. You might be having premenstrual tension, when you feel heaviness in breasts with pain, but nothing leaks out. I think you should get your S. Prolactin levels checked, if this leak is milky secretion or a sonomammogram to rule out any other pathology in the breasts. At the same time get a local ex. of breasts as well.
