General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history about your husband having had strenuous work, developed chest pain on left side, left arm and chest spasms, traveled back, did tests of CK-M mass which came to be 1.5 and CPK came about 660.
All this indicates that the cardiac cause has to be ruled out immediately.
I would advise him the following in such a situation:
Go to ER urgently to have an ECG, Echo-cardiagraphy and get an appointment with a Cardiologist for further clinical evaluation, examination and further investigations like stress tests and whichever will be advised.
Take strict rest.
No stress or anxiety.
No physical exertion.
Continue the medications as would be prescription based only.
Once the full cardiac check up is done the diagnosis will be final and treated accordingly.
Even if all the tests are normal, it is better to get a repeat ECG.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
