What Causes Left Armpit Pain After Working On The Computer For Long Hours?
Hello, I am a 39 yr old woman who works at a computer all day, everyday. I have had progressive issues with my left armpit hurting. It first started a yr or 2 ago with a pinching pain that would come and go. I ve asked doctors about it but no one seemed concerned. They said the tissue all appears normal. Well, now it hurts for me to move my left elbow across my body. My triceps has now began hurting and this pain in my armpit/arm has woken me up at night. In college I was very active but now live a pretty sedentary lifestyle. I ve been putting off going to the doctor hoping it will heal itself but it s not appearing as though this stragety is working for me. Can you give some advice on stretches I could do or should I just go visit my doctor.
Hi, Looking to the history it seems that you might be having frozen left shoulder giving rise all symptoms. Go for x-ray left shoulder for artheritis changes in shoulder joint. Go for short way diathermy and physiotherapy of the joint. Regular shoulder joint exercise will be of much helpful. Take calcium and vitamin D supplements. Ok and take care.
