What Causes Left Breast Discomfort Along With Dark Spots?
I am 46 years old. I get yearly mammograms, all come back good. Recently I ve been experiencing some breast discomfort on my left breast only. I also recently noticed a dark spot on my left breast, not on the nipple? I am freaking out and I lose sleep thinking about it.

The symptoms seemto be related to costochondritis which is an inflammation of the cartilage that attaches your ribs to the breastbone.
I suggest to use an anti iflammatory meidcation such as Acetominophen to relieve the pain.
