What Causes Left Elbow Pain, Tingling And Numbness Under Left Shoulder Blade?
Hi, I feel tingling and numbness under my left shoulder blade. It has been going on for some time. Recently though, I have pain in the outside of my left elbow. Specially when I hold my smart phone. When I want to do something with my left hand that needs applying pressure, I feel pain in my elbow and I feel that my hand is week and can not work properly.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be nonspecific pain or tingling sensation could be due to muscular condition and may not be due to any disease this is nothing to worry, try to maintain good posture, at the most you can try Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day, hope this information may helps take care and have a nice day.
