What Causes Left Lower Abdomen Pain After Unprotected Intercourse?

Good morning mam/ sir,I m so much worried about myself coz I was physical with my partner on 3 dec2016 an d I had period on 21 Dec 2016 mam we took protection but one time without protection the intercourse was done, and my now since last 2 days I hv pain in my left lower abdomin I m in doubt about is not problem of PCOD and pregnancy... May be the period is not a period its a sign of implantational bleeding... Mam I confused wht should I do..??

As per your history is concerned please follow:-
1)Do a pregnancy test after 10 days of your expected periods
2)Do an ultrasound examination to ruled out any uterine disorders
3)Do a full blood count with differential and urine exam[RE/ME] to ruled out common infections
Treatment is based upon causes so do not worry at all,if any necessity comes then follow me,
