General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* As per my clinical experience, left-sided abdomen pain can be from a stomach problem, spleen issue, kidney stone or else.

* The further information of associated symptoms as vomiting, type of pain, radiation, aggravating, relieving factors, fever, dysuria is very vital information needed to proceed.

* Occasional chest pain sounds to be nonrelation with this episode.

At present can take tablet dicyclomine ( prescription drug) from your GP and get back to me with relevant details to proceed ahead.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
