What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain And Frequent Urination?

I am experiencing pain in my left side stomach area, I am having problems with my bowels and urinating a lot, I have had lots of tests and all come back clear! Bloods, urine etc. Doctor thinks it maybe ibs but I cleared my bowels yesterday and this pain has now come back, my groin area is tender to. I m desperate to feel better but can t seem to get any answers.

The abdominal pain with all normal blood and urine tests could be due to irritable bowel disease (IBS).
However, few investigations like urine culture need to be done since urinary tract infection can lead to lower abdominal pain and discomfort.
If the urine culture report is negative, then you need to consult a gastroenterologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations.
