Hi welcome to HCM... Here yes colitis can be there for which antispasmodic drug given ... Continue use of this drug for prescribed duration..... If you are having acidity and pain over gastric area than gastritis can be there for which omeprazole capsule 20 mg given once per day for week... Meanwhile with medication try to adopt lifestyle change for few days. .. Take low fat and less spicy foods .... More water taken.... If diarrhea and nausea present than stool examination needed and if needed antibiotic given.... If within two to three days no improvement than USG abdomen done for further work up.... Advise : physician consultation for examination... Take care
