What Causes Left Sided Abdominal Pain?

I'm not telling any of my friends, but I took around 48mg of Clonazepam (I didn't count them, I was downing them in anger.) I also took about 15 to 25 OTC benadryl. This was two days ago. I wasn't trying to commit suiciide, but I couldn't get rid of the outrageous anxiety. I was mad at the medical industry for putting me on Klonopin and was having a "show them" moment by forcing me to stop using marijuana. I feel great today, but I have an enormous pain in my left abdomen? I don't want to add more bills to my bills. Do I need to go to the ER for this?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

If it is two days ago you took the meds and you feel OK, you can wait and watch. If there is anything, e.g. severe pain, lethargy, fever, you should see a doctor. If you have even the shadow of a doubt, go to the ER.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Anders Mark Christensen,
General Surgeon
