What Causes Left-sided Arm Pain And Constant Fatigue While Having Arthritis?
I m 49 year old women and been have arthritis, but the last month or so I have noticed I am very tired all the time, and my muscles in my arms(left side worse ) ache and are sore if I use them. I can t lay on them or raise them. and their is burning in muscles in thighs. I can barely move some days it so sore.

I guess you are suffering from polyarthritis like rheumatoid arthritis. Your are unable to lift your arms might be either due to shoulder involvement or due to shoulder muscle / rotator cuff muscle etc.
