Before going to the medications for your problem we need to find out what is causing these symptoms. Two conditions can cause these symptoms.

1. Ulcer in the stomach : If there is Ulcer or deep erosion in your stomach ,that can cause Stomach pain radiating to back.

2. Acute Pancreatitis: Is a condition where Pancreas which is situated in the left upper side of your Abdomen , gets inflammed and causes the pain. This pain typically increases if you consume Alcohol.

In this regard I would advise you to get CT Abdomen scan ,Upper Gastrointestinal scan and Serum Lipase done and revert back with reports.

Till then avoid consuming Alcohol.

I understand your concern.
As per history given in relation to pain it is more likely to be colic pain caused due to kidney or ureteric stone as colic pain radiates to back side from front of abddomen.
Firstly i would advice patients with such complains coming to me to do abdominal sonography which could detect if there is any calculi present.
Then please follow up with the report to a urologist and he would advice further medications.
