General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The fullness is likely bloating and may be due to different possible causes.

The most common causes are: (1) constipation
(2)food intolerance
(3)lactose intolerance
(4)GERD
(5)use of gas producing foods such as certain vegetables and fruits, carbonated drinks

You may want to note which foods are causing your symptoms and avoid them.
The use of reflux medication may also help.

I hope this helps
