General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi,
I will suggest you to undergo MRIcervical spine to know about the cervical spine status. You should maintain proper posture while sleeping and standing, sitting. You should try exercises for cervical strain by Baba Ramdev, these are available online.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi, General & Family Physician
