Welcome at HCM I have gone through your and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns. what is ur age and sex? for how long u are suffering from it? any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? are u having fever? any medication u are using? in the context of ur history, if u are high BP and heart problem then u should consult ur doctor so that you can be examined. if i am ur attending doctor i will look for planters and will carry out a complete neuorlogical examination to find any pathology. it may be a transient ischemic attack or it could be a evolving stroke , but these are just differentials not the defintive one. you should meet ur doctor so that appropriate management can be initiated in time. meanwhile stay calm and continue with ur medications get well soon Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask Regards Dr Saad Sultan
