What Causes Left-sided Chest Pain And Shortness Of Breath?
I m 29 with history of anxiety for over 10 years. Lately I m having sharp pain on my left side right on my heart!! I m having very bad left arm pain that the pain moves to my fingers my shoulder upper back! I feel shortness of breath! And early morning I feel so weak and nausea, there for I get so scared because of all these symptoms of heart problems!! I went to ER more than 5times for the last month, They did chest X-ray blood test and EKG! Everything is normal!! The dr told me could be Meso nerves causing this pain, but why I m feeling weak and shortness of breath and fullness!! I worry a lot abt my health! Not sure what to do now the pain is still there really birthing me! And the sharp pain I feel around my heart is less for a second, but arms and back is worst
Hi, Looking to the history it seems that your all problems might be due to Anxiety Neurosis you are having as all reports are normal. If you are elderly then this might be due to pinched nerve problem due to osteo-artheritis of cervical vertebrae. Go for x-ray cervical spines. Physiotherapy will be of much helpful. Avoid stress and cultivate positive thinking. Avoid sedentary life. Consult psychiatrist for anxiety neurosis. Ok and take care.
