What Causes Left-sided Chest Pain, Hemoptysis, Slurred Speech And Extreme Tiredness?

A friend of mine is having severe lung pain on the left side and is couching up blood. The right lung hurts but not as badt going to the Emergency Room. This has been going on for about a week, He has slurred speech, exhaustion and is coughing up blood. What should I do ? He is stubborn about going to the doctor!

This is serious condition, needs to be hospitalized.This is haemoptysis. The blood needs to br aspirated. Patient is monitored in ICU for 24 hours. He might furtheron progress to paralysis or coma.
