What Causes Left Sided Chest Pain?

Earlier experienced chest pain left side when I breathed out deeply, moved my lest arm and I had like this empty feeling too I think. My family took my BP an blood oxygen shortly (30 min-1 hour) after it started and both were normal. Could it be a sore/ pulled muscle or anxiety maybe?

There are many causes of left side pain

1. Gastritis
2. Anxiety
3. Heart pain
4. Muscle spasms
5. Referred pancreas/gall bladder pain - Rare

You need to get an EKG once to ruleout Heart cause.
