What Causes Left Sided Chest Pain?

I have taken ECG by 12 noon associated symptoms of left side chest pain and its radiating to scapula and this type of pain felt since 3 days on and off but relieved by rest and used to take T.Clopidogrel 75mg since now withdrawal above drug since 3 mths because of lacunar infarct.....Ecg shows mild R-R pattern in lead III & avf, B.P. 110/70mmhg, PR: 86/mt, Spo2 :99%, no giddiness, vomitting/nausea, sweating....39 yrs old T-totaller....pls kindly provide your favourable opinion.....if it is i will send ecg copy through online

It could be an early symptoms of a heart attack. did the cardiologist see the ecg ? A lacunae infarct also puts you at the risk of the same dear . Please consult a cardiologist early.
