What Causes Left Sided Neck And Arm Pain While Treating Degenerative Arthritis?

I have degenerative arthritis and have had both total hip replacements with fermur, also have had several surgeries on my knees, shoulder, wrist and hand on ring and pinky fingers. also had a few others pretaining to vellus cysts. I have pain everyday and i can t seem to find anything to keep it a dull stage. I have pain now in my left side of my neck that shoots down my left arm leaving my fingers numb, the disc in that area arthritis and a pinched nerve what would you recommend. I do physical therapy which I think cause the pinched nerve.
