What Causes Left-sided Neck Pain Radiating Throughout The Body’s Left Side?

I have serval symptoms but not sure what it could be. Pain on the left side of my body. It starts from my neck all the way to my foot. And my strength in that side has left that side is weaker now and I have head aches on the left side as well. What could it be?

I understand your concern
Your symptoms may be due to cervical spinal stenosis/cervical spondylitis.
Clinical examination by neurologist will help in the management.
I would suggest to undergo MRI for confirmation.
Meanwhile take following advises:
Tablet Pregabalin 75 mg once a day at the bed time for one month
Tablet Methylcobalamine 1000 mg once a day for one month
Cervical traction exercises and neck exercise will helpful
Wear Soft cervical collar specially
Do not keep your neck in same position for long time.
