As per your query you have left sided chest pain along with pain in balls radiating towards legs . Well there can be many reasons for left sided back pain like muscle spasm , trigger points of left side of trepezius muscles , cardiac problem like angina and lung infection . Pain in your balls and legs occur due to muscle pull or inguinal hernia . I would suggest you to consults orthopedic surgeon for left beck pain and general surgeon for other problem . Orthopedic surgeon ask you to do certain movements and order x-ray ot CT scan . doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant , anti inflammatory and recommend physical therapy or stretching . Doctor may also refer you to cardiologist if problem is related to heart . General surgeon will examine physically or order ultrasound . Doctor may recommend for surgery or prescribe analgesics .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
