What Causes Left Sided Pain In Chest And Shoulder With Blurred Vision?

i woke up with a stiff back and had it all day. I took some hydrocodone then, that night while i was trying to stretch very severe pains started to come from my left shoulder, left side of my chest and back, and immediately i stood up to get help and my eyes started to dim and my vision blurred and i had a very loud constant ringing in my ears and very strong cold sweats appeared and i laid down cause i thought i was going to pass out. i don t know what it was but i thought i was having what felt like a heart attack. I m 19 years old

I think you should get further checked. It doesn't seem like simple headache or shoulder pain. I think it can be related to heart issues. You should get evaluated doing an ECG and echo-cardiogram to check heart.
