What Causes Left Sided Pain In Head And Mild Sinus Pain?
I have had pain on one side of my head for about 9 days. It started with mild sinus pain but has been on top left of my head from back to front since and because I have had migraines as an adult I thought of that but have never had them last more than a day. OTC sinus meds and OTC migraine tabs haven t helped.

The symptoms seem to be related to migraine. I see through the query that you have used OTC medications without effect. I suggest to try prescription medication such as Triptans. You should consult a neurologist for the prescription.
